The Towerrunning Challenge Torre Latino 2025 will take place at the iconic Torre Latinoamericana on March 2, 2025. Runners will face 720 steps to the 42nd floor in a challenging vertical race.

The Towerrunning Challenge Torre Latino 2025 is a challenging competition that tests the physical and mental capacity of runners. Also known as the vertical race, this event will take place at the iconic Torre Latinoamericana, where participants must ascend 720 steps to reach the 42nd floor, in a challenge of strength, endurance, and strategy.

Each floor has an average of 17 steps, making this test a demanding challenge for running enthusiasts and extreme challenges. The competition will take place on Sunday, March 2, 2025, starting at 7:00 AM in Mexico City. The awards will include medals for all finalists and trophies for the top three places in each category (male and female).

The event is part of the circuit endorsed by the Towerrunning World Association, awarding 40 points for the national and international ranking. Registrations are already open and will close on Saturday, March 1 at 2:00 PM or when the 450 available spots are filled, with a registration fee of $590 pesos.

The registration package will include a commemorative t-shirt, medal, diploma with official time, competitor number with chip, bag for the kit, recovery kit, entry for one companion to the 37th floor, pre-race training, wardrobe service, among other benefits. The kit distribution will take place on Saturday, March 1 at Restaurant Terraza 56, 9th floor of the Torre Latinoamericana.

The route of the vertical race will start from the Atrium of the San Francisco Temple, kicking off the 11th edition of the Towerrunning Challenge Torre Latino 2025 in Mexico City. Participants will face the challenge of climbing the 720 steps to reach the 42nd floor, where the finish line of the competition will be located.
